It consists of four teams: Client Services, Services Engineering; Technology Services Operations and Production Control

Workplace Engineering enables our business community by providing workplace solutions that fit requirements of productivity and usability, while enforcing risk control and regulations.

Applications & Systems Infrastructure provides solution development across a broad suite of products and services, with a dedicated team of technologists facing off to application development and business teams to partner in performance engineering, testing, integrating and differentiating the firm’s technology solutions. Representative teams include Database Administration, Core Platform & Storage Engineering, Dynamic Computing and, Middleware & Market Data Engineering.

Network, Voice, Multimedia Engineering and Market Data Services designs and develops the firm’s telecommunications infrastructure through ensuring the resiliency, security and protection of our systems, and the delivery and management of the firm’s market data platforms.

Technology Infrastructure Software Development (TISD) Technology Infrastructure Software Development (TISD) develops and supports applications used by TI and across the firm to support critical business processes and enhance operational efficiency and controls.

Application Practices Group (APG) establishes a framework, and control architecture, including best practices to optimize the value-creation with compliance of our application development community.

Strategic Initiatives acts as an internal consulting function that provides program governance, process re-engineering expertise and financial controls across TI’s strategic initiatives

Technology Risk runs the firm’s Information Security and Business Continuity programs, in addition to providing a range of technology risk management services to the Division.
